Dr. M.R. Ramesh Kumar
President, Goa Philately and Numismatics Society
He is a Chief Scientist (Retired) and Head, Physical Oceanography Divisional, National Institute of Oceanography, Dona Paula, Goa. He is currently the President of Goa Philatelic and Numismatics Society, Goa. He has won several Medals at District, State and National Level philatelic competitions. He has also participated in several philatelic competitions on invitation too. His philatelic interests are Antarctica, Weather and Climate, First Day Covers, Cochin Postal History, Travancore Postal History, etc.
