Our Return policy is applicable for Dharaa Stamps purchased items only . Our Return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your item was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, must not be damaged and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Orders once placed, cannot be cancelled on buyer side. However, the items can only be returned due to defect on our part. You must contact the seller to request a return by sending a email to [email protected]
